I am thinking the first one looks like regrowth on broccoli or maybe cauliflower. The last one looks like a plant in my garden. I purchased it from the Shop in the Garden. It was labeled as some heritage variety of kale--I think from Italy. Kind of like big stout cabbage leave on a kale type plant. Flavour is OK, not as good as other kale in my opinion.

you are right, broccoli and cauliflower in bloom look like these. Do they have enough time to mature?

It looks like the plants were already harvested and left to resprout. Sometimes you get another harvest that way, but it is never as big as the first picking.
