These waist high bush are in bloom and seen almost everywhere.
I always wait around these for wasps, bees, flies to alight and for
    crab spiders hiding in ambush.

Seeds look too long for Conium, And also stem and branches are not smooth, - isn't it Anthriscus sylvestris?

That is my thought too. The Anthriscus sylvestris aka Bur Chervil population has exploded in my area of Nanoose Bay, BC this year after building for the past 13 I've lived here. It's interesting that you mention crab spiders hiding in ambush because I always seem to acquire at least one spider bite after pulling them out . . . worth it though! My property is fairly clear although they're rampant all around.

I did wonder about the fruits but didn't check. Hemlock has purple blotched stems and an unpleasant smell when handled, it should be possible to tell by those features.
