Moved into a house with this on the property line recently. Debating cutting it down, but curious what it is first ... not sure if it is a weed or a bush. The trunk has multiple stems in it. I also noticed there are some sort of small berries on the branches as well.

Does anyone have an idea of what this is? Thanks a bunch for any help upload_2019-8-27_17-7-15.gif

I think it looks like a Celtis--hackberry. Not a group of plants I am very familiar with.

Thanks. Starting to think it may be buckthorn.

Rhamnus cathartica. An invasive weed in your area, as well as a bush and sometimes a small tree - so it is all 3.
