bush red and green leaves ID please

Hi,
I have this bush, well I think it is a bush, and the top leaves are redish and all the leaves below it are green. It is not a vine, it doesn't try to wrap itself around anythihng else. Do you know? Here is the picture.

 

Maybe Photinia of some sort. Photinia x fraseri is common here, but not certain if this is pictured.
