Can someone tell me when to plant the bush Spiraea - either the frobelli, snowstorm, or the snowbound? I live in Michigan. Also, does anyone know which one grows the tallest? Thanks.

What I've read said that transplanting is best in spring or fall, so now should be fine. Of the 3 varieties you've listed, I can't find "snowbound", but the one called "Snowmound" would be the largest (4'-7').

Fall is best for planting hardy stock. However, USDA 6 and below there may be a problem with some kinds freezing up and being damaged before becoming established if planted in fall. Most barerooted stock should definitely wait until spring (end of winter).
