A friend got some cuttings from a 6 ft. tall, and well pruned bush. It normally flowers in the spring, but our warm weather has it confused.
It looks like it could be a variety of variegated viburnum, but I can't find anything through Google that looks like the foliage. My friend says that the leaves are a darker green than they show in the picture.

It's nicely scented and grows quickly.

I've seen Viburnum lantana (Wayfaring Tree) in a variegated version, and this looks a great deal like that. They bloom later in the spring and the small butterflies love them. They are easy from cuttings.
