Burgundy Japanese maple

    Your pics are way too large and therefore slow to load and extremely difficult to view
    Nonetheless your tree appears to be being eaten alive ......

    email for me your maple is in life the cause is or more wind dry and i not see shade around the maple or little water ;75% survival . First year that maple are in open field
    is normal....alex

    What I mean is that for me to genuinely give you an opinion it would be necessary to be able to view a picture that I can see on my screen
    Your new upload is better
    What Alex means is that he thinks your maple is still alive and that the problem is a drying wind and not enough shade or maybe too little or too much water (not sure which)
    Alex thinks it is normal because the maple spent its first year in an open field
    I hope I am translating properly ... if not I sincerely apologise ....
