    Hi!
I'm new to this site and I'm not even sure if anyone will reply to me, but I'll give it a shot!
I had hibiscus 15 years ago and as I remember it was growing nicely, blooming and everything.
About a month ago I bought a hibiscus plant in a flower store. It's ordinary hibiscus, nothing exotic, light purple color. It came in a small jar and I've put it in slightly bigger, just a few centimeters larger in diameter.
It started growing, giving new leaves and lots of buds. few of them bloomed but then it started to go bad.
First the buds started to go yellow and fall of, I solved that problem, but then something else happened.
Buds would grow but plant didn't blossom. The buds wouldn't open! Or they would grow just big enough to blossom tomorrow and fall of!
Please help if you know what's my problem.
    Thanxs!

Hibiscus can be kind of fussy. They want to be moist, but not too wet. They want rich fertile soil, but can suffer from phosphorus buildup. And they are susceptible to several pests. Maybe something from these care instructions will help:
