Buckthorn and viburnum but which sp?

    I have these 2 shrubs growing near the waterfront near the apartement I'm staying at. I thought I'd give a shot at identifying them, but I'm having a little trouble.

    I narrowed the first 2 pics down to viburnum due to it's extension of the leafblades and the lateral buds. Might not be a native one.

    The second species looks like a buckthorn, it's growing near one of the building vents,
    and if I recall, these leaves are fuzzy too the touch but might've been another I was looking at.

    Finally, this last I think I know what it is, Cornus sericea, just thought I'd get a second opinion to see how well I'm doing on these :)

    I agree with the Cornus ID. The third sure does look like Rhamnus, but without more of the tree, I can't get you a species.

    I think the first 2 is a viburnum lentago, actually, I'm pretty sure it's a lentago :)

    Now for the buckthorn I'll try and get a picture of the bark, thorns and buds
