we live in north vancouver. we planted about 60 cedar trees last november in our back yard. some of them about 5-6, are turning completly brown ,some of them started to lose some branches from the bottom and turning brown. some are doing fine.there is saoking hose around them and we water them for about 2-3 hours every day. where they are planted it is covered with mulsch. on the slope and there used to be old trees that have been cut. we gave a handful of bone plus to each tree over a month ago, didn't seem to help. we planted these trees to replace the old ones cut on the proerty line. Is there anything we can do to make them survive. please help us.
With that many trees, did you ever call and arborist to come out and look at the trees and site conditions. The ISA has a page you can enter your address or zip code. www.isa-arbor.com Somewhere in the menu.
