I have a Cedrus Atlantica that looks sick. About 20-25% of the needles have turned brown and are falling off. Also, the needles overall appear to be stunted, and the tree appears to be in decline. Is this a nutrient deficency, or a root problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
