Hi, I'm new to the forum. I have a potted Meyer lemon tree that seems healthy, but this week it has developed a couple of bright yellow fungi. The first looked like coral, and I removed it. After some research, I think it was probably a Dog Vomit Fungus.

Now there are clusters of bright yellow, phallic-shaped spores, and I'm concerned they might be dangerous to the tree. I can't seem to find any info. I did check this thread which seems similar (but I would like more info):

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi, I have the same fungus growing in a potted tree in my office. It has appeared in various plants in my office. I do not know what it is, and found your thread from a google search. Have you learned anything about it since you posted?
