Hi, I have been trying for years to find the id of this mysterious plant growing under the dense tree canopy of the Atlantic forest in the Rio de Janeiro state. It is obviously adapted to the weak light conditions as the underside of its beautifully veined leaves are a dark purple, it looks like a vine, though I haven't seen it climbing on a tree or the stem of a taller plant, only on itself. Any help very much appreciated! :) Myriam
