Quite easy to grow from spores (I've had them come up naturally in plant pots, too). But be cautious - once established, it'll take over, and it isn't easy to get rid of it again. I've never heard of anyone wanting to grow Bracken as a garden plant before, it is usually regarded as a weed.

My thanks to both of you! My Grand daughter is highly allergic to mosquitoes and the crushed fronds of the bracken fern relieve
the itching and the swelling of a bite. I told my Daughter that I didn't want the bracken planted anywhere on the property because
it is so invasive. But, Of course, Mom's don't know anything. Your comments convinced her to keep GD inside at mosquito
time or spay the kid with "Off" and keep her eppi pen updated. Thank you both very much!!! barb ;))))))
