    Interesting article. As they pointed out there are many night flowering plants for which cactus are a prime example as they acknowledge.

    Saguaro Cactus is a prime example of bats pollinating at night. But then there is this disturbing realization as mentioned in the article.

    Sad to say there most likely won't be much they can do to save it if Logging interests and corrupt government officials have their usual habit of going to bed together.
