Today we visited a local garden with our gardening group.
There was a very unusual bushy shrub....which I was sure was a Euphorbia sp.

I searched the www and have found several photos that fit perfectly with the shrub we saw.
However, all are labelled as Euphorbia epithymoides syn Euphorbia polychroma

My problem is that it looks nothing like the Euphorbia I know as Euphorbia polychroma.

Is this name really accurate for it?
Your help as always would be appreciated.

P.S. OMG just found another image....which says it is the seed heads!
I have even grown E. polychroma...but have never ever seen seeds like this.

Is that because yours never had seeds, or the seeds looked different?
