    Hi-
Does anyone know of a good on-line botanical key that will help me identify a plant I found in my wife's garden? I guess I could take a picture and post that, but my background is in engineering and I kinda like doing my own research!

    Thank you -

If you know the particular Genus it may be easier to work with books from a library. There are volumes written on one particular Genus with hundreds and even thousands of species for some. Sorry not much help and not a botanist.

    Thanks for your comments,

So far, I think it is a type of morning glory, or a bindweed. This is kinda fun!!

Likely common, plenty of expertise here on the forum it seems, if you run into obstacles or need verification, and the "Search" features are helpful.
