Hi Everyone I'm new to this site, I wonder if anyone could help me out.
I have Boston Ivy on every wall of my house it is well over 20 years old, every year it grows so quick it ends up on the roof, and every year we have to hire long ladders to cut it right back.

We are now looking for low maintenance ( as we get older ) so we would like to know
how can we kill it and would we need to sandblast the walls to get rid of the succers?

    Many Thanks. Betsy.

Quickest way to kill it would be chop it off and dig out the roots...sounds like a nightmare to me......i've seen buildings with the remains still there many years later....i hope someone can help you out with a good method of getting it all off.
