Hello, I've been pondering this for quite a while and have done a lot of research as to what it could be but have not come up with anything. This prolific weed is our property on Whidbey Island, WA and is in blossom now. Lots of tiny fine leaves, multiple star-shaped flowers, maximum height 3 feet.

The second photo is of the flea beetles that like to congregate on the bud heads and chew them off before they blossom.

I know it's not an important plant, but I'd love to know if it's invasive or not. Thanks.

Thank you so much! I wasn't looking for anything that was, well, that familiar. I could have a little homeopathic still running, considering how much of the stuff there is.

Seeing it's a Class C noxious weed in Washington state, time to start pulling, I guess. Thanks again for the swift reply.
