    I would like to share this review of some recommended gardening books, possibilities for gifts. The review appears in today's [Dec. 10, 2009] Chronicle Herald, the daily newspaper in Halifax, NS on that other coast! And my former home, before moving to the milder [?] West Coast.

    I especially liked the description of the book called The Perennial Care Manual. However I don't know much about its publisher Storey...
