    Hey there.

I got a bonsai tree today. It has round leaves, the edges are smooth, not jagged. the leaves at the top are pointier. the older leaves are harder and more leathery, the newer ones are smoother and softer. I'm afraid I don't have a picture at the moment, but it look a bit like a bush at the moment, but I'm guessing that that's because it needs pruning or something, I don't wanna do that til I know what it is, and know what I'm doing lol. I'm guessing it's a more common one, probably a ficus, since i got it from walmart, but it looks in v good health.

    peace

Could be Ficus. A pic is really necessary in this kind of situation.

Sounds like a ficus for sure. "Green Island" is my guess. If you trim a leaf, and it bleeds "white", it will be a ficus most likely.
