Hi, anyone else have luck growing Camilla Sinensis tea bush? I had a prolific one in Courtenay, looking to try my luck here in the Pemberton Valley.

    Thanks

I don't think you'll have as much luck. It should have been just hardy in Courtenay, which means it likely won't survive Pemberton.

Read about Camellia sinensis via Plants for a Future database.

It can be grown as a pot-grown indoor plant / outdoor plant, though: Camellia sinensis via Plant of the Week.

Not for the interior, if that's where you are.
