Identification: BLUE lichen or fungi ?

    Thanks to David Wong showing me these blue patches on a fallen log
    at Rmd Nature Park. I won't be able to nail them with my poor eyesight
    and dark setting. Need to shoot with LED ring light. Size of the biggest
    patch only 5-6mm. Kindly ID please.
