    Reminds me of Scabiosa or related genera.

    I agree with Sundrop, definitely a species from the Caprifoliaceae family. Searching for Dipsacaceae will bring up a lot of similar species as these kind of plants were once placed in a different family, but now it has been merged to Caprifoliaceae.
