I have a beautiful 5 ft Jasmine tree, I keep it in my sunroom, I live in Pensacola Florida and my Jasmine tree does perfect out there. My tree is very fragrant with white flowers and is full of blooms; however, I am not sure if I should pick the dead blooms off or leave them alone, would someone please share their advise with me. I would appreciate your input. I LOVE MY JASMINE:)

You can pick off or trim off the spent flowers to improve the appearance of the plant if you like. This will certainly not hurt the plant.
