Depending on your usergroup, the blogging feature of the forums has either been disabled / set to moderate all. It was pointed out to me today that there were a number of spam entries, and while I've dealt with a few of them, I'll need some time to investigate & figure out how to configure the blogs to prevent spam. The blogs are also not well-used, and seems to confuse a fair amount of people (a lot of first-time posters make entries there instead of in the forums, and so the questions get lost). I know in upcoming versions of the software, the blogs are more visible and easier to use. For now, though, I'm thinking blogs may be reserved for members of specific usergroups -- and I'll give it some consideration as to which ones once I've weeded out the spam threads / sorted out the first-time poster issues.
