I planted one Bing cherry tree the start of last year but it died - planted this one fall of 2017. Was happy to see it grow leaves in the spring, and a bunch of them. The leaves look odd though (attached) compared to other trees I see around - you can see their 'veins'? The entire leaf is not solid green. I fertilized it in the spring, no blossoms, no bugs... any help would be appreciated! ...Jeff
It's a new house/yard, the landscaper built the yard including my cherry tree - not sure of how it was planted. The concern I had was drainage as the soil doesn't seem to be draining well in the lawn... could this be caused by poor drainage as well?
