Best wholesale sources for clean pond plants in Vancouver area?

I would greatly appreciate any experience or knowledge forum folk have with regard to sourcing healthy (and clean - i.e. no invasive duckweek, horsetail etc.) pond plants (muck bog, marginals, clear water - both moving and passive) for a naturalistic style pond. Looking for wholesale sources.
