Berries - species, Okefenokee NWR, Georgia

    Is it possible to tell which species this is? Found in Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge in late May.

    Vaccinium fuscatum, perhaps? Certainly in Ericaceae, but I don't know the plants from that part of the continent that well.

    Thank you Daniel. Sounds like a good proposal. The species is listed as a common shrub in the refuge.
