I just bought a house that has very nice landscaping but one tree in the front yard that is about 3" in diameter and 20ft tall is leaning about 2 o'clock do I remove it and start over or how should I straighten it?

I can only assume you meant the crabapple tree you posted about in the test forums - I'll move this to the fruit trees forum.

Actually I am not sure what type of tree this is, we just moved here / in the winter. so the only reason I think it is A CRABBAPPLE is because of the three smaller than a dime, round crabbapple looking fruit. but my wife doesn't think it is a crabbapple.

is the lean getting worse or is it stable? if you can post some pictures of the developing buds and teh tree in its entirety we can likely offer some advice.
