Belamcanda chinensis and Pardanthopsis dichotoma have been reclassified.

Belamcanda chinensis is now called Iris domestica. Pardanthopsis dichotoma is now named Iris dichotoma.

I don't know any name for a cross between the two other than Iris domestica × I. dichotoma

I suppose Iris x norrisii is likely since there probably wasn't one with that species name already, although there HAVE been alot of iris species named.
