Beautifull flower on a succulent ID needed

I was given a small clipping of this plant last year by a lady that didnt know what it was .. but she had a full hanging basket of it .. it is a succulent .. and a hanging vine type plant with these beautifull purple flowers that bloom on the end of the vines.. and she had it outside .. .. I would love to know what it is .. anyone know ??..

it is a really pretty plant ..
