Beautiful Evergreen

    Can anyone help me identify this beautiful plant that I have found on holidays. Apparently it is from the Middle East region (?) and thrives next to sea air. This specimen is about 6 feet tall, has feathery tips and pink on the newest parts of the plant (flowers?). I believe that it is some kind of evergreen.
