I saw these really beautiful blossoms along the edge of a real estate in Jamaica, beside a wall. I truly like these blossoms, and would like to know what I am actually seeing. Who can help with an identification, and even a growing guide?

Canna, something from the Italian Group of cultivars. It's quite similar to 'Yellow King Humbert' but there are thousands of varieties. Full sun, lots of water, and maybe feed it occasionally with the same fertilizer you'd use for bananas (balanced). Deadhead the blooms to get more, or keep them and see if they set seed for you.

Marpole and Lorax, both your answers are very helpful, so thanks a lot to both of you. And thanks, too, for the little grow hints.
