    Hi,
does anyone else grow this azalea "lemon lites". Mine always starts to bloom in September then continues till frost - Oct. to Nov. It has done this since I got it three years ago. Is that normal, a late fall blooming azalea?? Kind of cool..... not many shrubs bloom now.

Various rhododendron (azaleas are rhododendrons, botanically) cultivars often open some buds prematurely in autumn, the only problem with this is that the amount of spring bloom is thereby reduced. Nothing you can do about it anyway.

There IS a new line of repeat-blooming evergreen azaleas being marketed under the Encore trademark.
