I have an Avocado Tree grown from seed in Toronto in a pot inside, and it at least 6 ft tall and it has been around 3 years, I think the seed was a Hass seed but I am not sure, do you think it will ever flower?

Probably not indoors. It might in a few years if you can put it in a very well-lit conservatory.

I take it out in the summer but I noticed that the tree does really poorly in the sun, all the leaves get burns and the plant's new leaves curl. I keep it in a partly shaded part outside in the summer and still get burned, when the plant is inside well not as strong light the plant doesn't burn as much

The burning is due to the sudden change in light intensity, from low indoors to high outside, much the same as people get sunburn if they go out into bright sunshine in spring after a winter indoors. In the tropics where it occurs naturally, it is exposed to constant intense sun, and it adapts to it.
