avacado tree

    My avacados are dropping too soon. Can you suggest anything that may be causing that? The tree is beautiful and very healthy and grows very large fruit with tiny pits. Thanks Micki

    Maybe if you surf "avocado fruit drop" you can get pages talking about what you have happening. Might be something like a trace element deficiency, unless it is lack of cross-pollination. Was there another tree nearby that has been removed?

    Thanks for quick response to my question. I took your advise and found that I may be keeping the tree too wet. I'll withhold watering for a while and see if the fruit stops dropping. Micki
