    Goodmorning!

I have planted all of the right flowers (or so I think)and bushes to attract butterflies this year and have a plethora of them but I am greedy..I want more...I have read a few books that suggest leaving out on a terra cotta bowl..epsom salt and mud as well as a bowl of mashed fruit such as peaches for them under the plants. Has anyonne ever tried this? What are some of your trade secrets and butterfly flowers and bushes you have planted?

    My Thanks,
    B
You can bury a lot of troubles digging in the dirt. ~Author Unknown

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant. ~Unknown

Just like the butterfly, I too will awaken in my own time.

Far out at sea, the sun was high, While veer'd the wind and flapped the sail, We saw a snow-white butterfly Dancing before the fitful gale, Far out at sea.
