Astilbe question

    Hi all...
    just planted some Astilbe bulbs..planted in rich soil with some shade and mulch around it, have had it for about 2 months now and nothing but the stump....are they gone or do I just need a little patience

    Sounds like good growing conditions, but the outlook doesn't look too good if they haven't popped up yet.

    Thank you Mr. Mosquin for the info..still no sign of green in them..I might just go and yank them.
