Hello Forum. I oversee the restoration of a park in Boston, MA. The attached photos show a plant that started growing mid summer on the park and is continuing to date. It is unlike anything I have ever seen on the park or elsewhere. It looks a bit like Amsonia verticillata (SP?) but it is branching and the leaves are finer. No flowers yet. Stem tends toward woody. It is handsome, for a weed. Any help in identification would be greatly appreciated.
