After googleing it, Arum dioscoridis sounds more appropriate.

 

Did you come to your conclusion via the Arum species of Greece and Cyprus?

 

Arum dioscoridis was suggested. I mispelled the latin name

I had help from UK arum society and rechecked it in Wild Flowers of the Mediterranean by Marjorie Blamey (illustrations) and Christopher Grey-Wilson (text), 2004
