    Best time to plant winter hardy stock. However, beware of poor quality plants not kept fertilized etc. all summer - not at Art's necessarily but as a general warning. Steer clear of top dieback, poor leaf color, scorched leaf margins, roots sticking out of drain holes...

    Metro Vancouver, BC, Canada.
    I attended that last 3 years but didnt go this year. It is a large nursery that has a broad spectrum of products, good value is to be found as always to the wary consumer.
