I sow the seeds of Ariocarpus 12/5/06 and they are only about 1/32"of a in. Can anyone let me know how long do I wait to see them with my eyes Ha. Ha., I have to see them with me magnifying glass
they grow quite slow, need some pereskiopsis? i can trade you for some :) turn a years growth into 3 months
I would like to know if you have any soil in the potting mix or if it is all grit/sand. The plant will need a bit of soil. Ariocarpus grow slowly. After about 2 months you might expect something the size of a small pea, depending on what type of ariocarpus you have. As for periskopsis, I wouldn't try grafting at this stage. It is easy to loose 50% or more of your grafting attempts when using seedlings if you know what you are doing. You might end up with one or less surviving the attempt. Not intending to start a new thread here, but how can I arrange to trade the previous poster for periskopsis? Waz
