Are these weeds (photos)?

    I am wondering if these are weeds. I don't want to pull out anything that I shouldn't.
    These are in Victoria BC.

    #2 is Purple Salsify, Tragopogon porrifolius. Some people consider it a weed, and others eat the roots.
    #3 looks like Japanese Anemone or similar.

    #1 - Rumex sp. Some are edible, but generally it is a weed.
    #4 - Epilobium sp - weed.
