Identification: Are these all Lipsticks ?

    Of course the red tipped are Lipsticks. How about those with brownish tip ?
    Kindly tell me their ID if otherwise. Thank you.

    "Lipstick" is usually used for all the Cladonia species that have red apothecia, or is sometimes used more narrowly to refer only to Cladonia macilenta, the Lipstick Pixie, which is very likely what you have here, especially if it is also on fencing in Richmond. Cladonia transcendens also possible.

    Also: Brown is a more common colour than red for apothecia of species in genus Cladonia ... but in this case I think what looks brown may just be red apo just starting out.
