My two holly bushes look dead, all the leaves are brown except one small patch on one bush. Are these dead?
Not a good sign, you can check if twigs have any green tissue. But, this looks like possible winter death to me: Holly Diseases & Insect Pests Did you have an unusual winter temperature-wise?
