I learned the name Luma apiculata from this plant in a garden on Bainbridge Island. I thought it was very rare and did not expect to see one of these in Vancouver.

But then today, I saw this plant, with similar flowers, and with a similar "raspy little point" on the leaves, which is Arthur Lee Jacobson's description. I'm asking for confirmation that this would be Luna apiculata 'Glanleam Gold'.

Apiculata probably refers to the leaf points.
