Hello Does anyone know if there are any restrictions on moving Arbutus wood out of the province, especially since the area I am looking at taking some from does have a lot of the Nattrassia mangiferae (black dead branchs) in the area. The wood I would be taking is healthy (right up to the axe chop). Thanks
In some areas Arbutus are very protected. make sure you are good to go before you start cuttin. Not sure about any transport regs, you could try Ag Canada for info perhaps.
