Arbutus Unedo disease?

    What is happening to my Arbutus Unedo (strawberry trees)? Are they save-able? What do I do?
    Planted in Duncan, BC about 3/12 years ago. They developed these spots and dying leaves in their second year and it seems to be getting worse.
