Has anybody used a product called 'aphid chaser'?? It's a pheromone that supposedly repels aphids from plants, in the same way that you can use pheromone lures to attract ladybugs & other 'good' insects to eat pests from your plants. I've got an ongoing & rampant aphid problem in parts of my garden (esp the lupins & arbutus) and don't want to use pesticides, oils, soaps or non-natural chemicals of any kind. And pheromones seem like the perfect solution. Anyway, I was wondering whether anyone here had tried it and what the results were. If it was helpful, then do you know where I could get some of it in the Vancouver area?? :)
